We had a pot luck to attend so I did what I do and I baked a cake. An apple spice bundt cake to be exact. I do like to bake bundt cakes. And I had a few apples on hand.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 50 – 55 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack
  • If desired sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

How Was the Apple Spice Bundt Cake?

Very moist with a wonderful hint of spice. That is how the apple spice bundt cake was. I think it would be delicious with vanilla ice cream. And caramel sauce. mmmmm.

One can never go wrong with a bundt cake which is why I often turn to them when I have to take a cake to a party. Some of my favorites include cherry lemon bundt cake, vanilla bundt cake – a classic with true vanilla flavor, and pear streusel bundt cake.

I have made many a bundt cake in my day and if you want to see more you can just enter bundt cake in the search box and they will all come up.
