I was sent a ChronicAlly Box for review through Chronic Illness Bloggers. All opinions are my own.

When you are living with a chronic health problem I can tell you that sometimes it’s the little things that can truly brighten your day. I was excited to learn of a new subscription box curated especially for women and girls who live with health issues and I was sent a comfort box to review. The service is called ChronicAlly Box and each month a treat arrives in the mail full of products that will offer some comfort.

What’s In the Box?

There are two different levels of box;  the ChronicAlly Treat Box and the box I was sent, the ChronicAlly Box. The Treat Box is a smaller, less expensive option and I’ll discuss it further below.  Each month the box has products sourced by chic women for chic women to help uplift your spirits and bring a bit of comfort whether it be through a soothing lotion, luxurious bath bomb or delicious tea.

The first thing you find when you open the box is a card detailing the contents. You can choose to read it right away to know what you are going to find or you can do as I did – set it aside and let yourself be surprised by what you discover in the box.

The Unboxing

As you can see there are a delightful selection of items in the November ChronicAlly Box. I can’t wait to have that long, hot soak in the tub. Thanks to a good sniff of the bath salts I know I will enjoy the scent they give off when adding to hot water. It will be a pleasure to relax and enjoy them.

I did enjoy a nice cup of tea. The tea strainer is an ingenious design that worked far better than any I’ve had before. It was a lovely blend of tea; I added just the slightest bit of honey and it was perfection. The mug is easy to handle for someone who has issues with hand strength and coordination. (Just remember that you cannot microwave a mug with gold trim. Don’t worry – I didn’t try. I know this.)

The lip balm has a pleasant consistency and a really yummy flavor.

All in all I was very happy with the comfort box and I can see how receiving one every month would be something to look forward to.

How to Subscribe

As I mentioned there are two levels of box, the ChronicAlly Box and the Treat Box. You can sign up for a month to month, 3 month or 6 month subscription for either. If you sign up for 3 or 6 months there is a discount available. Sign up for the newsletter on the ChronicAlly website and you will receive a 10% discount for life, making the regular box $39.55 and the Treat Box $25.15. There is also a “Gift Bar” where you can send a box to a friend whom you think needs a little pick me up without having to worry about signing up for a subscription.

Great Holiday Gift

The ChronicAlly Box would make a great gift for the upcoming holiday season and for any just because reason you can think of to bring a smile to someone who really needs a lift in their day. Trust me, when you are living with constant pain every little bit of brightness helps. A surprise in the mail can make all the difference. A comfort box of treats is so much better than a doctor’s report or heaven forbid yet another bill.

You are also helping ALL who suffer as ChronicAlly donates a portion of all sales to chronic illness causes.
