Dona Nobis Pacem.
It is again time for the BlogBlast4Peace. If you are unaware of it, once a year the power of the blogosphere comes together to Blog for Peace. I’ve been participating since 2009; Pricilla actually started. She was a very peace loving goat. It’s sad that she passed from this Earth and didn’t get to see Peace. She tried so hard – she and the Happy goats tried so many things:
They have sat down for Peace
They have stood up for Peace
They gave War the raspberry
They maaaed for Peace
They smiled for Peace
They joined with the Farm cats to maaaa and meow for Peace
and last year Pricilla had retired so Sherpa and Harry took up the banner and they came together to tell Pricilla there was still hope for the world.
Will There Ever Be Peace?
I really am starting to wonder. But without hope there is nothing so I will send a Peace Globe out again this year. All of the Farm cats and the Happy Ducks are coming together to meow and quack for Peace. Let’s hope the sounds of all of that happiness from my animals will bring joy and yes, Peace.
We certainly need it.
