Since it’s Valentine’s Day I though I would go a different route – I don’t have a recipe to share for today. For dinner I will be cooking one of his favorites, soft shell crab and I will share the recipe at a later date, but today I bring you my favorite romantic movie. I can’t say it’s the hubby’s as the man does not like movies.
I KNOW.
He never took me to a movie for a date. He took me to Broadway plays. I always said that is why he proposed after 6 weeks – it was getting too expensive to keep taking me out.
But obviously something worked as we will celebrate our 41st anniversary next week. I am planning a lobster dinner. HE does not know that. Unless he reads my blog, which I don’t think he does.
But back to the movie. My favorite romantic movie of all times is an oldie – a very oldie – but a goodie: The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Many of you of a certain age might be thinking of the television show of the same name.
But the TV show has absolutely nothing on the movie. Trust me. Watch the movie. It’s worth it.
