It’s time for another Friday’s Hunt – the fun photohunt hosted by Teresa at Eden Hills. I can’t believe the year is almost over. It’s been a lot of fun, that’s for sure.

Starts with Y
It was time for bread baking and I decided to be radical and try something new. I looked in my favorite cookbook at the yeast breads and decided on Vienna Salt Sticks. We were having soup for dinner and they were a yummy addition to the meal.
I also include a photo of Snowy the Farm cat. She seemed to think I was some kind of cat snack. All I have to say about that is YOWIE!
Week’s Favorite
We went down to Missoula and found our Christmas tree. I must admit that we were both shocked at the price of trees this year. Most of them were $85?!! That is a lot of money for something that sits in your house for two weeks and then gets tossed out. We did manage to find one that wasn’t too wonky for $48 but we have decided for several reasons that this is our last live tree. Next year we will give in and get a pre-lit fake tree. It is the end of an era but it’s getting harder for John to put the lights on and even I can’t see paying that kind of money for a live tree. Next week I’ll have a photo of it all decorated.
