The hubby and I are have a quite Thanksgiving at home today. I’ve made a pumpkin pie that I will serve with some spiced vanilla ice cream. We both decided that we didn’t want to go all in on the whole turkey thing so I am just making a shrimp risotto. Far from traditional but we are looking forward to it.
