Below I have listed some items I wouldn’t mind finding in my stocking on Christmas Eve – we do ours on the night before. I know that is not as everyone does but holiday traditions are unique to each family.

I don’t know about you but for me the gifts in my stocking are some of the most fun. Through the years the husband has put a wide variety of items in my stocking ranging from very expensive to incredibly affordable. I have loved them all.

Eden Hills Market Goat Milk Soap – I use this soap since I don’t make my own any longer. It’s wonderful, lathers beautifully and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. There are so many wonderful scents (and unscented) from which to choose.

A Hat – every year (yes EVERY YEAR) the husband puts a hat in my stocking. Yes, I have a LOT of hats. But at least my head is always warm and I always know I can find a hat in just about any color now after 40 years of marriage. It’s a fun running joke we have.
Chocolate – what’s not to love about chocolate of any kind in a stocking? I am not a fan of dark chocolate – he is. In fact I always try to find a dark chocolate orange to put in the bottom of his stocking.
Cookie Cutters – at least if the recipient is a baker. And since this is my list and I am a baker….cookie cutters.
Fancy Sprinkles – FANCY COLORFUL SPRINKLES: Decorate your cookies, cakes, cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches & more with glamourous, one-of-a-kind, sweet, crispy colorful blends. I use these all the times on cookies and cakes.
For Men
Socks – I always put new socks in the hubby’s stocking. He never fails to need them.
Small Tool Kit – you never know when something will need to be fixed so we have several of these. One in the house, one in the garage and one in the car. It’s handy to have much needed tools at hand in a convenient package.
Gift Card so He Can Buy Books – we both read like mad. I obviously am lucky enough to get many of my books through the blog and my book reviews. I will often drop him a gift card so he can pick up some books he would like to enjoy throughout the year.
Mini Desk Fan – how cute is this? It gets dismal back in the corner where his desk is. I am sure he and some of your men would love this.
Golf Gloves – if your man is a golfer, why not a new pair of golf gloves for all of his heading out on to the links in the coming year?
