Photo Challenge, Week 7: Collage of Love

February 15, 2014

The year is rolling along and we are at Week 7 in the Focus on Life Photo Challenge from Sally Russick of The Studio Sublime. February’s main theme is Cabin Fever and for our prompt this week we were given the very appropriate “Collage of Love.” I’m a little later than usual in my posting as I spent yesterday cooking a delicious dinner and dessert for our Valentine’s Day. No we didn’t go out. Our anniversary is the 20th and to go out twice within a week just isn’t in the budget any more. I’m really not sure that I would want to. Yes, you read that correctly. I’m not sure I would want the fuss and bother of driving down to Missoula in crappy weather for a dinner I could cook just as well myself. Yes, I went there….

We will go out for our anniversary. Every once and again it’s nice to not have to clean up. But back to the photo challenge. Our instructions told us:

One of the best ways to beat the feeling of cabin fever is to feel the L❤VE!  It may be as simple as that warm and oh so  inviting cup of coffee, the cold nose of your four legged family member or the smell of a certain flower!  This week l❤ve is everywhere and it’s your job to capture it, no bow and arrow needed, just a camera!

For me that is very easy. I find my love here on my little farm. With my cats, my goats, my hobbies and most of all my husband.

Be sure to hop around and feel the love! And to everyone else in the group please accept my apologies for not visiting last week. I had a bad week and not much got done….
