I had been thinking about making chicken paprikash for a while but just never got my act together. It’s a dish that I really enjoy. It’s very simple to make and super delicious. It comes together very quickly which makes it perfect for an easy weeknight dinner. The recipe I am including is for two but there is enough sauce for four really and it’s easy to double. After all, this is a meal that is about sour cream and paprika - nothing fancy. It can be served on rice, noodles or spaetzle.

How Was the Chicken Paprikash?
It was so yummy. I’m already planning to make it again. It’s just that tasty. The next time I’m going to make spaetzle to go with the paprikash as I feel they would be wonderful with the sauce.
I served it with some roasted broccoli and cauliflower and it was just a perfect dinner for a cold winter’s night.
