Is Keeping Your Brain Healthy as You Grow Older Important to You? #sharpmind

In 1996 my world imploded when instead of the carpal tunnel diagnosis I was expecting from the doctor he told me I had an aneurysm in my brain. “Relax,” he doctor said. Too much stress could cause it to burst. RELAX?! That was easy – I had a time bomb in my brain! The operation was scheduled and thanks to exceptional surgeons I am here to tell the tale.

All was not perfect though, when I woke up from surgery I had some memory deficits and I had the worst time forming sentences. Someone who had been through a similar experience told me to start doing crossword puzzles to bring back my vocabulary. I started with kid’s puzzles and thanks to lots of work I ended up being able to do the New York Times crossword puzzle!

Reading was another way for me to deal the problems left over from the surgery. I was also left with a constant headache and I found I could lose myself in a book if the pounding wasn’t too awful. It provided an escape that was very necessary. There are still days that I simply cannot read but books are my salvation.

To this day I still have problems at times; I’ll be talking and the wrong word will come out of my mouth mid sentence. Or I’ll want to say something and I won’t be able to find the word I want. I also still have lost years. Things I simply don’t remember from my life. I also can’t remember people at all. I need to meet them like five times before I’ll remember who they are. It’s very frustrating. That’s why I was so very interested in trying Procera AVH. It’s a non-prescription supplement that supports brain health and most importantly for me – cognitive function. It’s been around since 2005 and it’s been used over 150 million times! It’s easy to find too – which is great. Most major pharmacies stock it and it’s available at ProceraHealth.com

The brain is the most important organ in the body. It needs care and exercise just like the rest of the body. You have to be sure it is getting the vitamins and minerals it needs – that’s where supplements like Procera AVH come in. You also need to make sure it is getting exercise. You can get your mental exercise by remaining curious, reading and continuing to educate yourself all throughout your life. You can learn more about brain health at Vibrant Nation.

I’ve been taking ProceraAVH for several weeks and I have to admit that while I have not become Einstein I did find that I didn’t struggle as often to find words. When I was really tired and my head was pounding I still had the same level of difficulty but on my better days I found that my thoughts were a little less jumbled. That made me happy. It’s very frustrating when you know what you want to say but you can’t come up with the words. I’m happy with how Procera AVH has worked for me. I’m also pleased to let you know that I have a coupon code for you so you can try ProceraAVH for yourself and save some money at the same time! Just use AVHTEEPEE at checkout to save 50% off your first order of the Procera AVH 90 count, a one-month supply.
