The hubby is outside a lot between his gardens, gathering and chopping wood and just enjoying the beauty of the forest. There are only about two months of the year where you can wake up, get dressed and not have to adjust what you put on due to the changing weather conditions. The rest of the months it is all about layering to prevent overheating. That is why I was very happy when RefrigiWear sent some pieces from their line for the hubby to review. Layering to Prevent Overheating
The first piece he tried is the Flex-Wear Top. It’s a lightweight yet still warm piece that he’s been wearing around the farm as he’s been shutting down the garden. It moves with him and let’s him shovel and rake as need be. He’s also done some wood splitting while wearing it and he was perfectly comfortable. It’s been through the wash twice and it comes through looking brand new. It’s easy to wear over or under another piece so he can add or subtract as necessary. The weather here can be below freezing when we get up and in the high 60ies by mid afternoon. It makes dressing fun.
It Doesn’t Look Like a Work Shirt
