This is an absolutely stunning book. It would make a wonderful gift to a book lover young or old. I am thrilled to have it on my shelf and I am almost embarrassed to admit that I have never read anything by Ms. Alcott but I will be changing that very soon.
In preparation for writing this I went and checked out her Wiki page and she was one extraordinary woman. I doubt she was fully appreciated in her time and that is a shame. Perhaps I am wrong, I do hope so.
I will now look forward to reading the legacy she left to the world. Packaged in a beautiful way.
