I was sent a bottle of (affiliate link) The Oakland California Raisin Hot Sauce from Small Axe Peppers at no charge. All opinions are my own. My husband loves salmon and he loves hot sauce so this glazed salmon recipe was perfect for him.
I am deathly allergic to peppers so I could not try this. He is always happy to eat anything and everything with peppers. When I am not around he cooks them for himself. I am glad he appreciates the fact that I like to breathe.

How Was the California Raisin Hot Sauce Glazed Salmon Recipe?
According to my husband, utterly delicious. He said the addition of the sauce to the glaze added a perfect amount of heat and an intriguing additional sweetness to the topping.
He is looking forward to using the hot sauce in other applications – he said he might even add a little to his salad dressing recipe.
